Readiness Report

You will read it and recognize every problem in it. Some you already knew. A few you did not. The go/no-go recommendation is explicit. If the conditions are not right, the report says so directly — with what needs to change first.

After the Readiness Report is delivered, both sides decide independently whether to proceed to implementation. There is no automatic continuation, and no pressure. If there is no fit, we say so in the report.

Before you decide, these usually come up.

Direct answers to the objections and questions we hear most often. If something is not covered here, it is probably better answered in the readiness intake.

It means checking whether the conditions exist to support AI before any tool is selected. We look at: is the process documented and understood? Is the data clean and accessible? Is there a clear decision owner? Is the team aligned on what success looks like? Is the operating environment stable enough to introduce change? If any of these are missing, AI will fail regardless of how good the tool is.

Most consultants deliver a report and leave. We are not in the business of producing recommendations that sit in a folder. Every engagement here is structured around execution readiness — not observation. We stay involved through implementation, and we share accountability for outcomes. If the fix doesn't hold after we leave, that is a failure on our part too.

No. This is a firm position. Applying AI on top of an undiagnosed process is how expensive failures happen. The readiness assessment is not a formality — it is where we find out whether the structure underneath can hold automation. Skipping it would be taking your money to create a problem, not solve one.

You get a clear written output explaining why — and what would need to change before any engagement would be viable. That is still useful. If your operations are in better shape than you thought, knowing that is worth the time. We do not manufacture problems to justify a longer engagement.

A Readiness Assessment typically runs two to three weeks. Implementation scope varies — four to eight weeks is common for well-defined problems where the foundation is already solid. The Advisory / Operator Model runs on an ongoing monthly cadence. We do not quote timelines until after the assessment, because the honest answer depends on what we find.

Our primary operating context is Singapore and Southeast Asia — not because we can't work elsewhere, but because the stakeholder dynamics, regulatory environment, and operational culture here are distinct enough that shallow familiarity creates risks. If your business operates in SEA, even if you are headquartered elsewhere, reach out.

The Readiness Assessment is a paid engagement — not a free consultation. It produces a written output and a clear go/no-go recommendation. Pricing is discussed after the initial fit review, once we understand the scope. We do not post flat-rate pricing because the scope is never identical.
